Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth risk assessments for large corporate clients, identifying potential exposures and developing tailored insurance solutions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, providing expert risk management advice and understanding their unique needs.
Collaborate with insurers and underwriters to negotiate optimal coverage terms for clients.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of reinsurance dynamics for Italian insurers and how they impact client solutions.
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the corporate sector.
Lead and develop a team of risk professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Engage in business development activities to expand the company's presence in the large corporate risk sector.
Competenze ed esperienza
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in risk management, specifically with large corporate clients.
Proven track record of senior access with leading insurers in the Italian market.
Good understanding of the reinsurance dynamics for Italian insurers.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing risk management strategies for large corporations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field. Professional risk management certifications are advantageous likewise enrollment with Albo Broker/Agenti (letter A or B).
Deep understanding of the corporate risk landscape, insurance products, and market dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing long-term client relationships.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
