Gesucht wird eine starke und fokussierte Persönlichkeit, die das Geschäft strategisch in Holland initiiert und Schritt für Schritt weiterentwickelt, neue Projekte übernimmt und Kunden akquiriert sowie Buchungen generiert bzw. zuverlässig und genau abwickelt. Zum Tätigkeitsbereich gehören die Entwicklung des holländischen Marktes, Entwicklung neuer, marktgerechten Angeboten sowie administrative Aufgaben im Backoffice, Reservierungen für Flug, Transfers und Hotels, operative Aufgaben wie die Kommunikation mit Hotel die Unterstützung von Reiseleitern, Koordination der Teams vor Ort. Product Management Preisverhandlungen mit unseren Dienstleistern, wie Hotels, Fussballcamps, Transferunternehmen etc. Erstellen und Kalkulation von neuen, attraktiven Paketen sowie Kalkulation von marktgerechten Verkaufspreisen Regelmässige Besuche bei unseren Dienstleistern und Partnern und Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen. Verwaltung der Website bzw. des innovativen Backends. Durchführung der Trainingslager und Verwaltung von Buchungen der Produkte und Ausstellung von Reiseunterlagen.
