The Situation Gray Matter is launching a 5-day go-to-market sprint focused on strategizing and initiating the launch of a Simple, Lovable, and Complete (SLC) GenAI SaaS product. This intensive session is designed for go-to-market specialists who excel in fast-paced environments, are adept at strategic planning, and have a passion for bringing innovative products to market effectively. We're inviting professionals who are ready to apply their expertise in market analysis, strategy development, and execution in collaboration with a team of experienced professionals.
The Role Join our dynamic 5-day sprint where you will:
Day 1
Conduct a rapid market analysis to identify key opportunities and challenges for the SLC product launch. Begin formulating a tailored go-to-market strategy that aligns with Gray Matter's objectives.
Day 2-3
Develop a comprehensive action plan, focusing on marketing, sales, and partnership strategies. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align on execution plans.
Day 4
Refine messaging and positioning based on initial team feedback and insights. Prepare materials and strategies for immediate market engagement.
Day 5
Present the go-to-market strategy, detailing the action plan, messaging, positioning, and execution steps for immediate implementation post-sprint.
Qualifications Your expertise should include:
+5 Years of Experience: Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and product launches, ideally within the tech or SaaS sectors.
Strategic Agility: Ability to quickly assimilate market data and craft effective go-to-market strategies under tight deadlines.
