Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics. From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions or stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.

As a Process Manufacturing Engineering Engineer in Valeo Martos, you will be in charge oflead the industrialization of the new P1, to improve the production efficiency in its perimeter, capitalize and share the know how of industrial processes and new lines, to lead lean design workshop

Your responsibilities:

-Industrialisation

To manage production equipment introduction using IPROM

To follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier

To design small tool and validate the supplier proposal

To define the acceptance and acceptance of the equipment

To perform trials on the lines and deliver reports

-Mass Production

To monitor QCDM and propose improvement

To survey the performance of equipments and optimisation

To work on cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material and labor costs

To update routing on information system with SPV validation

-Standarisation

To validate PF raise and Cdc Standards which are created by standard owner

To validate any change of standard proposed by sited

Desired skills and experience:

Mechanical/Electrical/PLC programmer Engineer.

2 years in process development or production ideally in the automotive industry.

Oriented results to reach development expectations

Ability to work in a team spirit with other networks (R&D, purchasing, project, quality…)

Ability to work in multicultural environment (europe, india, china…)

Passion for the automotive industry

English level B2 is mandatory
