WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice to the Markets team in Structured Products Issuances
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Legal advice to capital Markets in issuances of structured notes with several types of underlying derivatives (e.g., interest rates, inflation, FX, equity, credits, etc) and in repackaging transactions in a diverse range of jurisdictions (including Continental Europe countries and the United States of America). Drafting of the entire set of legal documentation, including prospectuses, final terms / notes Ts&Cs, placement and dealer agreements and corporate approvals.
Legal advice to traditional and syntehetic securitisations and securitisations / finance linked swaps.
Legal advice to other matters related to Treasury and Markets affairs which require Legal team`s assessment or intervention.
EXPERIENCE
+10 years of experience in legal advisory to Capital Markets and/or Treasury matters
EDUCATION
Degree in Law. Financial background and/or a degree in Business Management or similar will be a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Very high level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
Specific experience with derivatives and banking and finance transactions will be a plus.
