Job Description
Position Purpose
The Brand Strategy Execution Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation of brand strategies across all corporate channels and initiatives. This role involves coordinating with various departments to align brand messaging, monitoring brand performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in brand execution.
Responsible for ensuring that Brambles and its portfolio of brands, products, services, and product lines resonate with current or potential stakeholders (customers, employees, investors and other market players).
Responsible for preparing Brand Health reports as well as keeping an eye on competitive and comparator companies in the marketplace so decisions can be made to best positioning our portfolio of current and future brands.

Global responsibilities: 50 + countries
All Brambles Portfolio of Brands (existing and future)
Major/Key Accountabilities
Create an amazing brand by ensuring a powerful, consistent brand experience across all touchpoints for all stakeholders
Provide mechanisms to prevent and effectively deal with brand queries, brand misuses or brand opportunities at group level within the scope of the Brand Governance process
Analyse reputation factors and measure brand reputation (for Brambles and all its portfolio of brands) and issue brand health reports with improvement recommendations to all brand aspects
Monitor and manage our brand positioning across online and traditional channels and keep track on how our brands resonate with our target audience thought brand reputation assessments and brand health maps.
Detect ongoing trends and mitigation options by collecting and analysing brand insights across all markets
Contribute to the brand’s reputation by regularly reviewing information about our products and services, including physical branding, collaterals, search engines, social media and communities, blogs, and forums
Monitor and assess revised and new content to make improvement suggestions for SEO optimization
Submit regular reports to group and regional teams that support strategic decision making
Support regional / functional teams and brand agency in the creation and implementation of brand related initiatives
Drive the Brand Governance Process
Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field.
Desirable
Recognised certification in marketing areas like market research and brand strategy
MBA with marketing specializationProject management certification
Experience
3 years’ experience of working at the heart of a brand team, of which at least 1 year spent leading a brand transformation program
End-to-end experience of designing and delivering marketing governance processes in a matrix environment
Experience in data analysis and interpretation with demonstrated proficiency in data visualisation tools
Experience in driving high impact change
Skills and Knowledge
Technical Skills
Data analysis and interpretation
Proficiency in using marketing tools—as social media analytics, brand voice and writing tools, Semrush
Digital marketing skills such as search engine optimization, email marketing, and social media marketing
Understanding website design and development
Knowledge of consumer behavior and trends
Ability to track and measure Brand Performance Indicators
Interpersonal Skills
Creativity and innovation
Excellent communication skills to convey brand messages and connect with target audiences effectively
Strong leadership abilities are necessary to guide teams and inspire them toward brand success
Effective strategic planning to set clear objectives and outline the path to achieving scale
Solid understanding of financial management for making informed decisions and optimizing brand resources
Ability to share and evolve the brand identity over time by understanding strategy pillars and learning from data and media listening
Curiosity and agility, constantly conducting thorough market research to gather valuable insights and stay informed about stakeholder preferences and industry trends
Languages
Essential: Fluent English
Desirable : Any other languages will be consider a plus
Preferred Education
Bachelors - Business Administration/Management, Bachelors - Marketing Preferred Level of Work Experience
