Strategy: Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with Voxel, working closely with the Sales team, utilizing tools such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email, and paid advertising.
Campaign Oversight: Manage and supervise the execution of digital campaigns with the online marketing agency, continuously optimizing performance through data analysis and strategic adjustments.
SEO and SEM: Lead search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives and paid search marketing (SEM) campaigns to enhance online visibility and increase relevant website traffic.
Social Media: Collaborate closely with Community Management and Content teams to develop effective strategies on social media platforms.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute effective email campaigns, from audience segmentation to creating persuasive content and analyzing results.
Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to measure campaign performance, providing reports and data with actionable insights and recommendations.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Product Development to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment.
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field
5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on multichannel strategies
At least 3 years of experience in designing and executing SEM campaigns
Extensive knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and data analysis
High analytical ability and decision-making based on data
Experience in team and project management
Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Fluency in Spanish and English required (Catalan is a plus)
