ADVISE : We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
IMPLEMENT : As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
RUN : Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing
YOUR MISSIONS: As a Junior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will participate in all phases of the implementation of the HRIS solution (Design, Build, Acceptance, Deployment, Support), for our customers and on the following missions:
Implementation phase:
Participate in the implementation projects (workshops, configuration, user acceptance test, roll-out, user’s training) and write reports for the follow-up of the project
Configure the modules for the implementation of a functional solution that fits the customer's requirements, evaluate the impact of the configurations on the processes and/or HR modules of the domain of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Talent)
Participate in the translation of the customer's requirements into deliverables, writing documentations and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance tests, training materials)
Integrate the latest version of the solution into the current environment used by the client in its business processes (data migration from the old version to the new version of the HRIS solution)
Support and Maintenance: Application Management Services, assistance in managing the maintenance of the solution with our customers
Manage corrective and enhancements tickets for the solution (bug fix, user support, enhancement’s configuration, delivery of patches and new versions)
Carry out technical and application monitoring, train users
Advise customers on application’s changes and their solution
YOUR PROFILE : You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with Technical emphasis
You have knowledge of some programming language SQL/ Data manipulation
If you have prior experience in Implementation or Support Projects, it would be a plus
You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Your level of English is fluent
Position based in Malaga.
